Today’s Renovators has done a lot of exterior renovation work for me on the condos I was managing including windows & doors, siding and roofs. Steve is very knowledgeable and is a certified window installer himself so that means he really understands the jobs he’s quoting on.

What I like about Steve is he’s easy going and he’s fair with his pricing. Not only that - he sticks to his quote. Because he’s so experienced, I find that he’s able to see what’s involved in a job right from the beginning and so he gives you an accurate estimate. What you pay is what he quoted. I value that in a contractor.
